Whether you are getting ready for one of our great summer trips to Europe or just want to start your cycling season with spring riding, Austin is the place to do it! To the east you will find the flat and endless roads and to the west is the famous Hill Country where the likes of Lance Armstrong, Chan McRae the Canadian National team, and many others have found invaluable for early season training.
The training camp will include endurance rides with the focus on miles, strength, and power, as well as, a review of riding technique and skills. During this portion of training we will be focusing on muscular endurance, force, and build on the base you current have accomplished.
Trip includes:
· Transportation to and from the airport
· Ground transportation during visit
· Personal yearly training suggestions and evaluation
· 8 days of riding
· 9 nights lodging
· Austin experience…….
· Bike packing & unpacking (based on location)
· 2 Dinners
